The model here is called 'GlenEagle'. But the same floorplan has been seen in several other areas that we have visited, notably Welland. I was told the plan could be changed to anything from the original, as long as it did not exceed 40 feet in width exterior dimensions. So I did. ;) The plan here is more like Welland which was Betty's favourite, and modified to meet the width dimensions. Seen here are photos of the standard models going up and inside one of these, plus developer's drawing. Then the floor plans before & after. Then a look at the lot we have picked out. At the moment, we are waiting for them to come up with a price for all the changes we have made, then we can decide to go ahead. We anticipate quite a large increase because of all the upgrades Betty chose. Also here, are photos of the nearby park that is on the Muskoka River. Several people have expressed an interest in seeing what we are at so far, so here it is.

Checking out the proposed property lot Lot size is: 72X126 feet Next two photos taken from the corners of the lot. First is from the right/front corner. Note the post mid photo, that's where the house starts. At the tree line is the back of the house. At the left of that photo, see the pump house. No noise, no traffic, no smell. Second photo is taken from the left/front corner. Lot ends at the edge of the photo. Unfortunately, some of the trees will have to go as no room for the house. 10-20 feet behind the treeline, the land drops almost perpendicular 2-3 stories.
